Yasha Cyrus Rastegari was born and raised in Yorba Linda, California. He graduated from the University of California Riverside receiving a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Political Science in 2010.
Mr. Rastegari received his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School in 2014. While at law school, Mr. Rastegari was the chair for the school’s award winning Negotiation Honors Program where he traveled the country competing in ABA Negotiation and Client Counseling competitions.
He was also a recipient of the school’s honors scholarship in 2013 and 2014 respectively, and awarded “Best Analyst” by Southwestern’s Dean of Students in 2013.
After law school, Mr. Rastegari joined a Fortune 500 company, where he served as in-house counsel on all matters pertaining to Workers Compensation Defense. Mr. Rastegari has handled millions in settlements, and has over 6 years of experience as a workers compensation attorney.
Mr. Rastegari is also fluent in Farsi, and semi-fluent in Spanish and Arabic.
