Yoonhee Kim

Yoonhee Kim joined the Alvandi Law Group to advocate for workers who deserve fair treatment and proper benefits for their industrial injuries and illnesses. Before joining Alvandi, she worked as an HR Compliance Expert for one of the largest Asian grocery supermarket chains in the U.S., and later as an HR Business Partner for one of the largest Korea-based food companies operating in the U.S.  

She holds two Master of Laws (LL.M) degrees, the most recent with a concentration in labor and employment law. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Law from Korea University in Seoul. Prior to relocating to the U.S., she worked for nearly seven years as a certified labor affairs consultant in Korea, handling employment law and labor-related matters for both employees and employers. 

Yoonhee is passionate about supporting injured workers who need attention and care as they recover from work-related injuries or illnesses. She believes timely recovery and a safe and secure return to work benefit both employees and employers. 

She is also well-versed in employment law, including wage and hour compliance, as well as equal employment opportunity matters involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She enjoys expanding her knowledge of multi‑state employment laws by attending webinars and reviewing current legal publications.

Her foremost career goal is to earn her clients’ trust and support their long‑term well‑being - both in their careers and in their daily lives.
