About
Since joining Alvandi Law Group in 2023, Evan Patlian has led the firm’s client intake team as the Chief Intake Officer (CIO). He is known for his clear focus on making the first steps of the legal process easier and more personal for every client. He oversees intake operations across Alvandi’s offices in Irvine, Bakersfield, Corona, and Newport Beach, making sure each client is treated with care and professionalism from the first call to case onboarding.
Before joining the firm, Evan built his skills as a Senior Marketing Manager at Scorpion, where he refined his communication, team management, and client interaction skills, sometimes even in high-pressure negotiations. Those same skills now help him lead his intake team and support the firm’s growth.
Evan’s background in design and creative collaboration began at The Art Institute of California–Hollywood. As he moved through his career path, he learned to combine those talents with his practical, people-first approach to client service. He believes in being direct and delivering real results, first and foremost.

Team Collaborator: Works closely with staff from the intake and marketing teams, as well as the legal team comprised of attorneys, paralegals, case ambassadors, legal assistants, and others, to keep the client experience seamless at every stage.
