I had this law group help me when I felt my company was definitely treating me unfairly after I became disabled after a car accident on the way to work. I had to have reoccurring reconstructive surgeries on my legs and after a surgery went bad and I had to have another and recovery was not going well, I had to stay on medical leave for over a year. I could not physically work. I provided my job any documentation they asked for, including doctor's approvals and signatures for more required time off and my job still made my life HELL. They gave me an empty threat to cut my health insurance because they did not set up a premium pay plan. They threatened to fire me twice with the dates of dismissal coming and going because they were just empty threats. I knew they were not playing fair and I had rights. This law group assured me I had a case so I went for it. I got a settlement out of the case because I could not personally handle any more stress; I decided to go with the settlement. I appreciate and am so grateful for this lawyer group for assisting me and believing in this case. The settlement brought me the most relief I had felt in YEARS. A relief I never thought I was going to get. As a disabled person struggling to get Social Security disability, I have no means of income and the results of this case brought me a moment of relief.
